  • Insulin is an important hormone that helps to turn sugar in our bloodstream into energy. But sugar only give us just that, energy. Do we in the West really need more? We get plenty of energy from healthy food. So why should we eat sugar? It’s just unnecessary.

  • We have combined a mix of natural sweeteners to give you  a rich and sweet flavor without adding sugar to our products. So what do we use?
    We use four different natural sweeteners.
    1. Sweet fibers
    2. An extract from the Stevia plant (Steviol glycosides)
    3. Birch sugar (Xylitol)
    4. Sweetness from plums and pears (Erythritol).

  • Stevia is a natural sugar substitute. Stevia is 300 times sweeter than regular sugar in the same concentration. So use just a little okay?!

  • Erythritol is the sweetness from fruits like pears and plums. It has a sweet flavor and taste almost like regular sugar and it has no calories!

  • Artificial sweeteners  are chemicals added to some foods and beverages to make them taste sweet. But they are not good for you! We never use artificial sweeteners in our products.
