SUGAR-FREE STIRRED LINGONBERRIES

Raw lingonberries are not usually cooked like regular lingonberry jam. But in this recipe, raw lingonberries are quickly cooked in a pan to get the flavor of nutmeg and orange. What's more, it's completely sugar-free and makes a great healthy addition to everyday meals.
INGREDIENTS
- 125 to 150 g Use Like Sugar
- 250 g frozen lingonberries
- Zest of1/4 orange
- 1 star anise
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg (preferably freshly grated)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Put the frozen lingonberries in a saucepan and heat them over a low heat and stir in the Use Like Sugar. Next, add an aniseed star and grate the orange and nutmeg. When the Use Like Sugar has dissolved, let it cool down and then pour the lingonberries into a glass bowl. Simple, healthy and delicious.
