Recipe: Healthy Rocky Road

 HEALTHY ROCKY ROAD WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

Rocky Road is a beloved holiday treat for both kids and adults. It combines sweet and slightly salty flavors with chocolate and nuts, creating an irresistible snack. This sugar-free version allows you to enjoy it with a clear conscience. 

INGREDIENTS

 

Rocky Road without added sugar.

DIRECTIONS

Start by roughly chopping the peanuts, pistachios, and Peanuts n’ fudge into larger pieces. Break the Dark chocolate into chunks and melt it gently in a microwave or over a water bath on the stove. Once melted, stir in most of the chopped nuts, Peanuts n’ fudge, and cranberries, reserving some for topping.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the chocolate mixture evenly, making sure it’s reasonably thick.

Sprinkle the reserved nuts, Peanuts n’ fudge, and cranberries on top of the mixture.

Refrigerate overnight to allow it to set before cutting it into square pieces. Enjoy!
