HEALTHY NEW YEAR DESSERT WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR
For New Year's Eve, you want to enjoy a dessert that is luxurious and has everything and more. What could be better than a pannacotta with a delicious twist? Here's a recipe for a smooth chocolate pannacotta with sweet and salty caramel sauce and Crunchy caramel for extra crunch - and best of all, it's without added sugar.
INGREDIENTS
Panna Cotta:
100 g Crunchy caramel
3 dl whipped cream
1 tbsp Use like sugar
2 tsp Chocodrink
1 pinch of salt
1 gelatin leaf
Salted caramel sauce:
2 dl whipped cream
1 dl Use like sugar
0.5 dl Fiber Syrup
3 crumbs of salt
25 g butter
3-5 Stevia drops caramel
0,5 krm sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
Panacotta:
Start by melting the Crunchy caramel in a water bath. Soak a gelatine leaf in cold water. Then bring the cream to the boil and add the Use like sugar, salt and Chocolate drink. Whisk in the meantime so that it does not burn. Remove the cream mixture from the plate and pour in the gelatine leaves. Stir so that the gelatine is completely dissolved. Then add the melted chocolate and whisk together. Pour the mixture evenly into glasses and leave to set in the fridge, preferably overnight.
Toffee sauce:
Bring everything to the boil except the butter and sea salt. Cook for 10-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove the saucepan from the heat and carefully add the butter while stirring. Sprinkle with a little sea salt to develop the flavors a bit.
Top the pannacotta with hot fudge sauce and add extra sea salt and chopped Crunchy caramel to serve. Voliá, a truly luxurious New Year's dessert!
