INGREDIENTS
Fudge:
- 75 g unsalted butter
- 240 ml double cream
- 120 ml Fiber syrup
- ½ tbsp Chocolate drink
Decoration:
- Flaky sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine Ingredients: In a saucepan, add the butter, heavy cream, sugar-free syrup, and Chocolate drink powder. Whisk together until well combined.
Cook the Mixture: Bring the mixture to a gentle boil over medium heat. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 50 minutes, stirring occasionally with a spoon. The mixture should thicken and become quite viscous.
Prepare the Mould: Line a 1.5-liter (1.5 quart) loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal later.
Pour and Chill: Carefully pour the toffee mixture into the prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle flaky sea salt over the top. Let it cool at room temperature for a bit, then transfer to the refrigerator to set for a few hours
Slice and Store: Once set, remove the fudge from the loaf pan using the parchment paper overhang. Cut into pieces of your desired size. Store in the refrigerator.
Enjoy your delicious Toffee Fudge as a sweet treat during the holidays or anytime!
