STICKY CHOCOLATE CAKE WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

This sticky cake is a must for all chocolate lovers – super delicious, wonderfully gooey, and made in a healthy way. This cake is completely free from added sugar, making it a healthier choice.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 eggs
- 250 g Use Like Sugar
- 200 g Dark chocolate
- 200 g butter 120 ml heavy cream
- 100 g almond flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- ¾ tbsp Chocolate drink
INSTRUCTIONS
- Melt the butter in a saucepan and turn off the heat. Add the dark chocolate and stir until it melts completely. Pour in the cream and mix well.
- Whisk the eggs and Use Like Sugar together until the mixture is fluffy. Then add the butter and chocolate mixture.
- Add the almond flour, baking powder, vanilla powder, and Chocodrink. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 15 minutes – the cake should still be gooey in the center.
- Allow it to cool slightly and serve with whipped cream or a dollop of NICK’S Vanilla Bean ice cream.
