Recipe author: Niclas Luthman

Chocolate balls are a timeless favorite, loved by both young and old! They’re not only delicious but also super easy to make. Whether you need something quick for a coffee break or an extra treat, chocolate balls are always a great choice. Here’s a classic recipe for healthy chocolate balls with oats and without added sugar—perfect as a snack or a sweet treat.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100g butter
  • 80 g Use Like Sugar
  • 1.5 tbsp chocolate drink
  • 75 g rolled oats 75 g desiccated coconut
  • 3 tbsp Fiber syrup
  • 1/8 to 1/2 tsp ground coffee (1/2 tsp for a stronger coffee taste, 1/8 tsp for a milder taste)
  • Extra desiccated coconut for coating

INSTRUCTIONS

Start by letting the butter sit at room temperature to soften, making it easier to mix with the other ingredients. Once the butter is soft, place it in a large mixing bowl. Add the dry ingredients: oats, Chocolate drink powder, and a pinch of salt for extra flavor. For a more mature taste, sprinkle a dash of cold coffee over the mixture—this really enhances the chocolate flavor!

Lastly, pour the fiber syrup over the mixture. The syrup adds a pleasant sweetness and helps create a sticky consistency. Mix thoroughly until everything is well combined and smooth. Now for the fun part: shape the mixture into small balls with your hands, then roll them in desiccated coconut to coat.

Simple, healthy, and delicious! Enjoy!
