HEALTHY SUGAR-FREE GRANOLA
A delicious recipe for healthy, homemade granola without sugar. The best part of making your own granola is that you can create a healthier version with the seeds and nuts you prefer. Plus, your kitchen will be filled with wonderful aromas as the granola bakes in the oven.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 g rolled oats
- 100 g rye flakes
- 75 g sunflower seeds
- 30 g flaxseeds
- 40 g desiccated coconut
- 65 g Use Like Sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 60 ml water
- 15 ml oil
- 60 ml Fiber Honey
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, combine the oats, rye flakes, sunflower seeds, flaxseeds, coconut, Use Like Sugar, and cinnamon.
Mix the water and oil in a separate bowl, then pour this mixture over the dry ingredients. Stir well, using your hands if necessary to ensure everything is coated.
Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and drizzle Fiber Honey over it. Toast the granola in the oven for 15-20 minutes at 200°C.
Once the granola has cooled, you can add extras like dried apples or cranberries, depending on your preference. A tip: add the desiccated coconut halfway through baking to avoid burning.
