CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

Chocolate chip cookies are the classic American cookie that we all love. The best part about this recipe? These cookies are completely free from added sugar and gluten, yet they have a delicious chocolate flavor that makes them even better.
INGREDIENTS
- 130 g Use Like Sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g butter
- 60 ml coconut oil
- 200 g almond flour
- 200 g rice flour
- 240 g gluten-free oats
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 10 drops of Vanilla Stevia Drops
- 150 g Dark chocolate (chopped)
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix Use Like Sugar and butter together in a bowl.
- Melt the coconut oil and then whisk in the eggs along with the Vanilla Stevia Drops and a pinch of salt. Combine this mixture with the butter mixture.
- Dissolve the oats in 2 tsp of water and then mix them into the batter.
- Add the almond flour and rice flour, stirring until you have a smooth dough.
- Chop the dark chocolate and gently knead it into the dough.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them spaced apart on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the middle of the oven at 175°C for 13-15 minutes until the cookies are golden brown.
Let the cookies cool and serve with a glass of cold milk, or eat them right away if you can’t wait!
