BANANA CAKE WITHOUT ADDED SUGAR

A delicious and moist banana cake made without added sugar. This recipe is perfect for using up ripe bananas and makes for a healthy treat that everyone will love.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe bananas
- 3 eggs
- 200 g Use Like Sugar
- 80 ml coconut oil (melted)
- 300 g flour (gluten-free if desired)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 2 tsp Fiber Syrup
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease a baking pan.
In a bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
In another bowl, mix together the eggs and Use Like Sugar until frothy. Then add the melted coconut oil and mix well.
Combine the mashed bananas with the egg mixture.
In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture and stir until just combined.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Top with som Fiber Syrup.
Let the cake cool before slicing. Enjoy!
